[New] Medical Doorway - Study Medicine or Dentistry (in English) in the Czech Republic

Despite the unprecedented challenges faced in 2020 and 2021 medical and dental students from across the world successfully enrolled at the Czech Republic medical schools last September and October. Given the increasing awareness of these world-ranked programmes, we have received hundreds of applications for 2022 enrolment and have already commenced entrance exams and interviews. Despite a return to in-person exams in Europe, all the Czech Republic exams are offering students based in Asia the opportunity to sit their entrance exams online. In 2022, six Czech Republic medical faculties will be opening their online examinations up to students from across the Middle East and Asia. In total, candidates have the opportunity to take six separate entrance exams for medicine or three for dentistry without the need to travel to an exam centre. This means applicants from across the Asia/Pacific region can maximise their chances of gaining admission to one or more globally recognised medical schools. If your aspiring doctors and dentists would like the opportunity to study at some of Europe's highest ranked medical faculties, applications need to be fully submitted to Medical Doorway by 22nd April. Click on the links below for more information on each exam.

UK - University of Cambridge - Virtual Subject Masterclasses

Join us for an in-depth look at our courses with a new series of 20 virtual Subject Masterclasses. Both UK and International students are welcome to attend. Subject Masterclasses are subject-specific events that offer high-achieving students in Year 12 (S5 for Scotland, Year 13 for NI, or equivalent) the chance to experience typical undergraduate teaching at the University of Cambridge, and to get a flavour of what it's like to be a student here. The events are designed for students looking to apply in October 2022, including mature students.

The Masterclasses cover a range of subjects and provide students with an opportunity to explore topics of interest beyond what's covered within the school curriculum.

Each virtual Masterclass includes:

  • two live taster sessions delivered by leading academic staff from the University

  • the opportunity to ask questions

  • an introduction to the Cambridge admissions process

  • the chance to hear about life as a Cambridge student from current undergraduates

When are they?

The virtual Subject Masterclasses are taking place throughout March and April 2022 (see tables below for dates and booking links). Please note that bookings close two days prior to each Masterclass to allow sufficient time for attendees to complete preparatory work, so do ensure you book in advance if you wish to attend. All Subject Masterclasses will be recorded and will be available to view for students who have registered in advance. Registered students will be able to access the recorded event until 17 May 2022.
