[New] HKUST - Jan 9 Business Alumni Forum for High School Students
The Business School is going to hold an alumni forum “Career & Admission: What Exactly Can You Do with A Business Degree?” as the first event in 2021 and would like to invite you to join.
Career & Admission: What Exactly Can You Do with A Business Degree?
HKUST Business School has invited recent graduates of various business majors to meet prospective students on Zoom! Alumni had studied international qualifications prior to admission to the School, like you! Speakers will share their business learning journey and their current jobs. We hope these insights can inspire prospective students and illuminates their way forward. At the end of the event, there will be two parallel admission consultations- one for admission offer holders and one for potential applicants of 2021 entry. Attendees will have a chance to have real-time interaction with alumni and admission officers.

HKU - Free HKUMed Department of Surgery edX Course
The Department of Surgery at HKU has produced a mass open online course (MOOC) that will be available for free on edX, and it opens on the 1st of December! It's an introductory course to 15 different surgical subspecialties and has been contributed to by over 30 surgeons from different parts of the world! There are quite a lot of videos to go through but they're only around 3 minutes each so you can work through them at your own pace. At the end of each module there's live sessions with some surgeons who are currently working at Queen Mary Hospital and there's an assessment at the end of the whole course.
HKU - Department of Architecture
As you may know, the HKU Information Day for Undergraduate Admissions 2020 was virtual.

HKUST - Student Athletes Admission Scheme
We had successfully held our HKUST SAAS Online Info Session and met hundreds of prospective students. With our newly reformed SAAS, we expect more student athletes would be benefitted by our conditional offers, scholarship, and many more academic facilitations.

[New] US - Notre Dame Pre-College Programs: Virtual Opportunities
High school students can earn college credit this spring and summer through one of two virtual Notre Dame Pre-College Programs. Summer Scholars Online participants choose from one of 20 enriching online courses, all taught by Notre Dame faculty. Global Scholars students are immersed in the global ND community, learning from Notre Dame International faculty from our Global Gateways around the world.

This fall, the Undergraduate Admissions Office launched 'Are We There Yet?', a podcast featuring Admissions Officers talking about different aspects of the college search and application process.
With a special emphasis on parenting through the college process, the podcast is a great resource for students and parents alike. Click here for more details. Duke will also be continuing to offer virtual information sessions and campus tours throughout the Spring semester.
[New] US - Boston University Summer Term High School Programs: Learn from Anywhere
This summer, you can participate in High School Programs at BU from anywhere in the world—or from our Boston campus itself! With Boston University’s new hybrid teaching format called Learn from Anywhere (LfA), students participating in Summer Term High School Programs will have a choice of commuting to in-person classes or taking classes remotely. LfA provides students with the option to be in the classroom in Boston or participate remotely from wherever you are this summer.
You can indicate which learning format you prefer when you apply to our programs. The tuition and fee rates for summer 2021 are the same for commuter and remote learning in the Learn from Anywhere blended format. Click here for more information.
