Once students have a valid I-20 (F1) or DS-2019 (J1) form and have paid the SEVIS fee, they should go here to complete the DS-160 visa application. Then send their I-20 or DS-2019 to show the start date is four weeks or less, as well as their CV if they are graduate level (masters or PhD).
Please email and coordinate with visahk@state.gov.
